Chaney, Holmes and Bowman next year, or a combination of 2..I'm not concerned if we take only Crowley

Yeah, for now we got some RBs lined up for next year with (1) Lingard (2) Davis (3) Burns [rooting for him] (4) Crowley [assuming he’s not one of the Jacksonville commits the “scoop” said 2 months ago would decommit in 2-3 weeks] and (5) Dallas for at least his third year. And that’s assuming Homer turns pro.

Their son is in the nfl...they will be traveling for games all over the place.

This is some of the dumbest crap I've ever heard. How do you know they'll go to RJ's games? Do you think it will be easier, or more difficult, to do both, if they're in SFL and one son is in Oklahoma vs. at home?

Use your brain.

I love Kenny McIntosh and want him in this class but if he chooses to go elsewhere, we need to use that RB/Offensive Weapon pitch on Mark Anthony Richards. **** Jabrill Peppers, MAR is too elite with the ball.

wtf are you even talking about?. This is my response to the whole travel thing...im sure they DONT CARE. They had another son in Notre Dame and a son in the NFL....USE YOUR BRAIN. Travel isnt a concern for them. Quite frankly i dont really care if he commits or not( he isnt really a dire need at rb) but travel isnt really a factor for this particular family i dont think.

If he really wanted to go to OU they wouldve waited that 4 hours

Just feels like he is looking for a reason NOT to be a Cane. Richt and Brown are literally the best tandem in college football to teach a RB, their ideal RB is a power back like McIntosh, and they can are men of high integrity. It's the home team, the U is 10x better as an academic institution than Oklahoma. Miami is 1000x more interesting as a city/place to live than Norman. ... And a million other reasons to stay home.

Those U kids just don't seem to like Miami. Don't get it, tbh. But it is what it is. Really hope McIntosh joins our class. But if not, well, good luck to him, and let's move on to someone who wants to be a Cane.

Well, that's a **** good point too. If momma doesn't like sitting in cramped planes (who does?!), then one more reason to stay the **** home where you'll be better off anyway.

I'm sure they don't want to actually be able to go to his games without significant travel.

Jesus.
I know what you were getting at but that **** is overrated . Of all the kids that go hours away or cross country for college how many of their parents do you think actually go and see all the games ? What about when they go to the league ? **** ain’t high school man the parents ain’t gotta physically be at every game. If they really wanted to go I’m sure they can talk their way into some free plane tickets from the team

I liked the fact that the young man could play multiple positions. I've just never had the feeling he would be a Cane.

If were going to take another back. I would get Wright on board.

Don’t get it. Why wouldn’t he be? He’s fam.

I can guarantee you without question the parents would LIKE to be able to go to the games easily. That is literally all I'm saying.

Also, you choose a college, not a pro team.

You're totally right. What in the world was I thinking? A parent would never really care if their son plays right down the street or a full weekend commitment to getting there and coming back. Because everyone on earth is happy to take more time to do the exact same thing. And hey... what parent wants to see their child more often than not?

This kid is going to be a star. He needs to stay home and continue the legacy.

Who would miss a Miami pool party for a chance to go to rural Oklahoma?

Many recruits ask to either be tagged on twitter or to let them know when their article is up so they can read it.

Most of the time, it is a good thing to be sending them their articles to help keep building a relationship with them so they'll be more likely to continue to talk to us in the future.

I'd say 9/10 recruits are actively reading their own articles, and yes that means they're reading comments too, good and bad. Our site is available to anyone, so they all have easier access to read their articles here. For people that actually think they aren't, I'm telling you now, it is a fact that they are, they tell me all the time.

As long as the understand that not everyone saying they are canes fans on here are actually fans.

Also as long as they understand that we still have many people who don't even understand the basic concepts of the offense we run here after people telling them for years.
