You don't think blades just staying in the dark recruiting for Miami is a good thing? Blades is a valuable piece because he can have a scheduled commitment to utilize momentum swing or to headline a specific big weekend right before signing day. The longer he waits the better for us. Him being committed won't change who he's talking to.

We're still trying to get all the img kids down. The issue thus far is its the same day as the regional for the opening in orlando. Alot of img kids wanna go to their hometowns local opening instead though.

I just want to get as many guys early to be leaders of this class as possible. if hes not a public commit but is actively recruiting guys to be in this class thats cool i guess. But unless the staff wants him to announce on a certain date for some good press heading into the season or something I don't see the purpose in waiting. Maybe theyre just waiting for Paradise Camp to guarantee a top guy commits after that for some good pr?

Why would a recruit wait to announce if he is committed? Great recruiter,i.e. Saban,Richt,Fisher,Dabo pay great attention to detail.If a recruit
announces his commitment these coaching legends can quickly zero in on the drawbacks of that school.But if the recruit says it is one of fifteen
schools it would be much more difficult to knock fifteen schools.Just a theory!
