Norton leaving is a worse decsion then Brad leaving. Idk if he’ll make a practice squad.

Were in trouble because 2 guys are leaving that shouldn’t be. Norton, Willis, McIntosh, Bethel, Ford, Nesta, Goldwire, Dj Johnson would be excellent.

Should always bring in at least 2 true DTs a year.

I'll agree. Most of the elite DTs are 6'4 and under. I had to look it up, and Watkins (Clemson) is right at 6'4. But, we need bodies.

Yea gotta disagree with TheSwagger1, this is only the second pure recruiting class they are bringing in. I like Bethel, Willis Ford and Silvera. If we get a JUCO we should be in good shape

That's what I was saying as well when I voiced the need to bring in a DT. Look at the game last night. Clemson threw out their 2nd and 3rd string players and didn't miss a beat. Clemson's planned ahead for the next 2 years. We have to bring in at least 3 DTs this class, including a JUCO regardless of what happens with McIntosh and Norton.

It's one thing to say "We have Kool, we're good". But Kool needs bodies that he can develop.

Are we the only school where juniors get 4-7 round grades but still declare? None of our juniors should be considering the draft.

Yes. I believe every team needs a couple of 6-2 315 pound immovables for short yardage, goal line and running teams. Size, leg strength, low center of gravity.

Any good upperclassman is a threat to leave early and that's why you recruit and stack positions every year. We're seeing a very similar scenario playing out at LB.

Since they've basically ignored the position since getting here, the coaches need to do their best recruiting job of convincing at least one the tackles to stay.
