Said it in another thread, but if i was a betting man, which I am, it's gonan be Michigan all the way.
Being from Canada (northern Ontario) you see the Wolverines play on TV all the time, you watch them growing up, like the SoFlo guy seeThe U on TV all the time.
He's also the highest rated Canada has put out, perhaps forever. Lamar Goods out of Fort MacMurray Alberta, a DT, is a more recent one is a Rivals 300, he committed to UF (by the way, the kid is a scholastic war zone) be surprised he last that long, with a culture shock and an educational shock. He wasn't able to get into any Canadian Universities (you need a B-/70% average minimum to get in) and you get the football player pass up here.

Hope he comes here,The U has a a lot of pull up here though.

Since we are dreaming right now, why wouldnt you take all three TE's if they want in? There is a solid chance Jordan and Mallory are 3 and done.
we don't have the luxury of room for that this year

I kind of agree, but what's interesting is that if a SoFl recruit starts talking about "there's no point taking an official to Miami 'cos it's 45 minutes away" and "I'm on campus all the time" you know they're leaving.

Let's see how it plays out.

Difference is canada produces 1 to 4 div 1 level players a year. Miami pumps out 250.
So getting an official to any div 1 P5 or G5 is a big deal.
Got more cache.

Honestly, I would make him just as much a priority as Washington. Whoever commits first, is in.

Also, just in case, can Romberg "happen" to drop by when he's on campus for the official?

If nothing else the weather could be a huge factor.........seriously.!
Kid looks sharp, and could be looking at TE U......our record speaks for itself in addressing TE's.
My only concern is Michigan 45 minutes away. Hope he comes down for the VT game. We should blow them out, but just as important is the crowd size. We always draw a good crowd for VT. We don't have a Notre Dame on the schedule this year to impress recruits with the Hard Rock ruckus crowd.

Shouldn't be a concern. Hopefully, he wants to get the he'll out of Canada and try something new.

I think he is very likely going to Michigan. He’s from Windsor - when he states it’s 45 minutes to campus he ain’t kidding. It might be 50 minutes if he doesn’t get a nexus card for crossing the border. The kid could have his family at every game and they wouldn’t even need hotel rooms. I met people when I was in college who commuted further everyday to class.

Now with that said, if he wants to get away from home Miami could have the other programs beat with weather, location, small classes, etc...

As a Canadian who’s been all over the US I don’t think he would be ready for the culture shock of Athens Georgia, it’s nothing like Windsor. Miami, Michigan, and Penn State would likely be a much easier transition for him.

I love that the coaches have locked up enough guys that they can focus on guys like him, Washington, Walker, Flowe, Williams, Knighton, etc... If they can hold onto what they have they can focus energy on 10 key top guys and hopefully get half of them if they have a good season.

Looks like a beast. On a side note, that QB has a noodle arm

Don't worry guys. I will have a chat with my Countryman and let him know what the U is all aboouut.

Lots of Canadians vacation in SFlo. He may already be familiar with the area.
