You see why they had the #1 pick. Its going to be a **** of a task with these WRs, online, and coaches. Terrible organization. Hopefully they get a new coach and build around Cam. If anybody can turn them around, its Cam.
All that said they look a lot better than the dolphins, who will be lucky to win 5 this year.

Watching that game and how bad Tua & the WRs were, I couldn't help but wonder if this 2025 team with Bain, Mauinoa, Beck & co would give them a run for their money if they played on a neutral field 😂

Was just reading the post on the Titans FB page of Cam’s post game presser and there’s a a lot of fans calling for X to be activated and play over these WRs

Cam always takes the blame. I thought he spoke well; basically said they were still growing together. He was pretty diplomatic

Ridley really let him down yesterday. Ayomanor dropped two passes too. gunnar Helm caught a great pass that was called out of bounds and he never got another target. Not sure if he was even on the field.

You can’t mention the WR and OL play without being objective that Cam held onto the ball too long and took some bad sacks. He’s smart—he’ll learn that he can’t get away with what he got away with in college.

as you know, to be expected from a rookie starting his first game. he has to be thinking he doesn't want to put the ball in harm's way and sits there looking for someone to get open.

Definitely took a couple of ill advised sacks (two I remember in particular when they were in field goal position that cost them 3 points I believe)

But god, Dan Moore played like they might as well have lit 50 million guaranteed on fire.

Cam needs an emergency dump off guy with his O this bad..... only if they had a WR that was his #1 option that he could find open in a hail storm on their roster?!?!?!

Broncos defense was impressive and Cam's wr's were dropping balls left and right. He will bounce back

I knew with 100% certainty that Ward would be getting sacked a ton

what worked for him by running around and running backwards against a college player-

is going to be a huge sack in the NFL.

you saw some awful sacks from him yesterday

will probably take a year or two before he learns he can't pull that anymore.

The problem is that for a lot of mobile QBs it is second nature. They have been so used to being the most athletic guy their entire lives that they likely often do it from reaction. Hard to coach it out. Really just takes the experience of getting dropped over and over for your subconscious to go "This doesn't work anymore."

No they would not.. That's always a silly thought experiment. No college team could hang with even the worst NFL team for even a quarter.

But the dolphins look putrid. The OL and secondary blow. Tua... Enigma. He could come out next week and throw 5 TDs. But he was rancid yesterday. Tyreek wants out. Waddle is hurt. No TE. The defensive front 7 is supposed to be a strength but they looked meh at best. McDaniel and Grier need to polish up their resumes. Grier should have been canned a long time ago.

Callahan took the blame for some poor play calls and for failing to ask for a review of Ayomanor's catch at the sideline.
He's getting a ton of heat from the local press and fan base already

This is exactly how anyone reasonably could have thought the game was going to go. Denver has an elite backfield and a ruthless pass rush. It was only close because of the Broncos inability to hold onto the football.

Titans oline and WRs really let Cam down. But maybe their coach let him down most. That was a bad coaching job and just in general everyone around Cam was bad. Especially once Latham went down

Watched. That team blows, as I expected. Their coach is a soft, limp wristed play caller with zero juice in his personality. He committed coaching malpractice multiple times in that game.

Thought Ward was fine - made some nice plays. OL did nothing for him, neither did his pass catchers... and play calling was abysmal.
