Four-star QB Israel Abrams Will Announce College Decision Today

Four-star quarterback Israel Abrams will reveal his college choice today. Abrams is considering offers from schools like Miami, Auburn, Florida State, Kentucky, and Purdue.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Abrams is projected to land in the orange and green by the end of the night. The 6-foot-4, 190-pound quarterback out of (Lombard, IL) has a 85.9 percent chance to land with the Hurricanes.

Abrams is set to announce his commitment at 1:05 ET on the Pat McAfee Show.

According to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Abrams is ranked as the No. 14 overall prospect in the nation and the No. 2 quarterback in the 2027 class. He also checks in as the No. 2 player in the state of Illinois.

Abrams was named the MaxPreps Illinois Player of the Year. He led Montini Catholic to a 14-0 record and a 4A state title. During his junior season he completed 233 of his 340 passes (68.5%) for 4,072 yards with 40 touchdowns and six interceptions, while also rushing the football 82 times for 224 yards, and 10 touchdowns.
