Four-Star Elite WR Tre Moore Puts Miami Hurricanes Among Remaining Choices
Mario Cristobal and the Hurricanes staff received some positive news on the recruiting trail on Friday afternoon.
Four-star (Pflugerville, TX} wine receiver Tre Moore released his top remaining three schools this afternoon, as the Hurricanes made the list including Washington and Ohio State.
Moore is currently measured in at 6-foot-3, 200-pounds, where he plays high school football at Pflugerville Weiss. Moore had a big time junior year where he recorded 85 receptions for 1,443 yards and 19 touchdowns. During his sophomore season, he racked up 38 receptions, 562 yards, and six touchdowns.
Moore is nearly a top-150 player in the country, as he is rated as a four-star prospect according to 247Sports. He also ranks as the No. 160 player nationally, the No. 21 wide receiver, and the No. 22 player out of the big state of Texas.
Moore recently finished a visit at LSU, however they did not make his final cut. He is set to visit Miami on June 5th, and after that he will visit Ohio State on June 12, and finish his summer visits up with Washington on June 19.
This will mark his third visit to Miami during his recruiting process with the Hurricanes, he recently visited Coral Gables last month for spring practice.
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Texas Longhorns are currently favored to land the standout wide receiver with a 26.4% chance.
If Moore commits to the Hurricanes, he will be the 11th pledge to Miami and would join fellow wide receiver commit Nick Lennear. As we await his commitment date and watch his recruitment heat up, check out his film below:
