The interesting story of Cam McCormick can now be put away, as he has completed his ninth year in college with the Miami Hurricanes. McCormick has now accepted a position as a scouting assistant with the Patriots under coach Mike Vrabel.
He began his college career in 2017 with the Oregon Ducks when Mario Cristobal was still the head coach. As a freshman, he caught six passes for 89 yards. In 2018, he appeared in one game before a series of injuries sidelined him. In 2022, he made a full comeback, playing in 13 games and catching 10 passes for 266 yards.
