Vinnie (The Shiv) Genaro has several murders on his resume, but the witnesses turn up dead and so the charges are dropped.
And you want to invite Vinnie to Christmas Dinner?
Whether charges are dropped, or not - one has established just enough pattern of future suspicion to prohibit inclusion.
Anything - ANYTHING comes up missing, whether it was misplaced or actually stolen - who's everyone going to look toward first?

I just checked the Miami-Dade criminal court docket and don't see any reference to charges being dropped. In fact, looks like arraignment was set up yesterday for January 10.
I'm very shocked that Uncle Puke lied again to paint UM in a bad light again.
Especially since Luke doesn't have any agenda or anything.
