The No. 12 seeded Miami women’s basketball team defeated the No. 13 Stanford Cardinals, 83-76, in round one of the ACC Tournament on Wednesday afternoon. The matchup took place at Gas South Arena and marked Miami’s first win at the ACC Tournament since the 2023-24 season.
Miami improves to 17–13 overall and 9–10 against ACC opponents, while Stanford moves to 19–13 overall and 8–11 in ACC matchups.
