The ’Canes continue the New Jersey to Miami pipeline, officially signing 2026 defensive lineman Logan Nagle.

A flip from Pitt, the Hurricanes made it clear over the past few months that Nagle was a target and vice versa — with multiple visits to Coral Gables as well as coach Hetherman visiting Nagle for a game.

At 6-foot-5 and 260 pounds, Nagle provides tons of flexibility on the line whether it's in the interior or on the edge — with the frame to pack on weight.

And when you look at his film, the versatility is clear as he’s moved around the line, demonstrating multiple ways to get into the backfield.

This season Nagle's racked up 10.5 sacks, 19.5 TFL's and 66 total tackles, creating havoc wherever he's placed on the line with a high motor.

Yes please!

One of the most underrated kids in this class. Stash him for a year and by 2027 watch out.

****. This dude moves better laterally than some LBs we've recruited. @gogeta4 this guy going to immediately play the Blount hybrid role or straight to DT? He can move. Not a ton of video of how he engages/disengages yet, though. He's making OL almost completely whiff on highlights.
he may be able to play the blount role but you can look at hima nd see that he is already biger. kid is gonna carry 300 ponds or close to it.

-Nice pickup
-Kid is blessed with Type-1 muscle fibers. Otherwise known as "tortoise" fibers, or "slow" twitch. Upside is, that these types of muscle fibers don't fatigue as easily.
