**** yes. I don't get it. Would some fans be happier if "their" QB preference were chosen, but we lose more games than with one of the other players? Perhaps 16 seasons of underperformance isn't enough. I'm desperate to experience a more extended, stable version of the 2017 ride.
Lol. Yep. People sound more interested in having their version of less success than in having success itself. Amazing after all this time.

Why should any of us care who wins the QB race? Play the best effin guy, all factors considered. If we have to err, err on the side of ability, not fear. I cannot imagine having to sit through more years of Mopey Richt’s offense, gaping alfraud dorito defenses, bug-eyed time-out snake blandy, lazy dull country club clappy, yikes. Let’s see some aggression, execution and Miami play, for once!

A lot of serviceable qbs can/should make those plays. The play that was most impressive to me was the throw to Jeff Thomas between 2 defenders vs FSU. Incredibly difficult throw
Yes, I forgot that throw.

The part people have failed to embrace is Diaz and Enos are apparently not stubborn idealists. Nothing in any comments I've heard or read from them are anything close to sticking to a style or theory of defense/offense or "these plays have worked for 25 years."

When Diaz's 3rd down defense sucked, he changed. Enos has run different types of offenses for different Head Coaches and programs.

They both are seemingly after validation and rising in their profession. Doesn't it stand to reason they will just pick the QB they think gets them to where they want to go? If we think they're incompetent, that's another conversation altogether. It's not to say they'll necessarily get it right, nor is it to say their decisions shouldn't be debated on a message board. It's simply to say, in this case, I'm pretty confident whoever is chosen is going to be the player their best interests are aligned to. And, those best interests are finally all about winning in this program.

You have your opinion, I have mine.

Here’s another opinion: you suck dlcks by the truckload.

Entire truckloads of ****s? Oh sweet baby jesus....your wit is legendary. "Truckloads," he says. Not carloads, not wheelbarrows.... entire truckloads of ****s. Well ****.

I'm not getting in to a flame war with you.

You have 14,000+ posts, but you're not a moderator. But for some reason you feel the need to try to police what people can and can't talk about. If the mods don't want us talking about the QB race, I'm sure they'll handle it.

Nobody needs your *** to be a ******* hall monitor.

we fixed one side of the ball with Manny in 2016 (following D'Ono****!ng) and then the O sucked because, well you know. now we have a chance to fix the other side and have both sides working at full potential. i am confident that they'll get it right.

The "my QB" approach really is confusing to me in our situation. This isn't a situation where we've seen Kyle Wright and Kirby Freeman play in a system for a season and then trying to decide which guy "deserves" to start (clearly, the answer was neither). We have a new head coach (who doesn't have a background on the offensive side of the ball), a new OC who has a history of working with and improving QBS, who is bringing in a completely new and different system, and 3 QBs who we have had pretty minimal ability to analyze in a game setting.

Even Perry, who we saw for part of a season through his ups and downs, was asked to perform in an offensive system that we all know was a complete and utter disaster. Jarren Williams has completed one pass in a game. Tate Martell compiled all of his stats in garbage time. All three of the guys were highly rated out of high school. All three of the guys have the physical ability to be successful.

And, to me, the biggest factor in not caring who starts is that Enos is going to be the one making the choice. Based on all of the coaching we've seen in public, he is intensely demanding of his players. He has stated he will play the best guy and will adjust the offense around that guy's strengths. He doesn't have "his guy" that he feels loyal to. He wants to find the guy that is going to give us the best chance to be effective on offense and win games. Until proven otherwise, if Dan Enos, who was going to be the offensive coordinator at Alabama if he wanted it, says a particular guy gives us the chance to win, I could not care less who that guy is.

I want an offense that utilizes our strengths, scores points and wins games. We need to play the QB that can help us do that. I don't care who helps us do that most effectively within Enos's offense, and I'm not sure why anyone does.

LOL - and I don’t need your *** to be my own personal hall monitor.

You’re a confused poof fairy. You’re doing the exact same thing you claim I’m doing, but with your own personal fruity twist.

You keep doing you, girlfriend.

You referenced a statistical outlier in Tom Brady and how much he benches in response to me referencing that Tate has put in more work this offseason than the other 2
No, you didn't go to the "statistical outlier" ... Dang man.

All I can say Manny even the though this is his first hc gig.is saying and doing the things like those well respected veteran coaches out there.we should see a fight or two next week if these players are truly competing against each other.this is what Diaz is talking about kids competing against each other, coaches pushing them to the limit bringing that dog out in them.if they want/love it that dog/beast mode will come out.

Where did you get the coupon??!!
Dmoney stealing my soul at a Benji/month.

I just use my HSA card to pay the monthly. Accountant said it's not a qualified medical expense, I disagree, but my accountant is a turbotax, so, I disregard.

Good reminder, but curses for conjuring those feelings.

There’s a group of guys who keep claiming there’s a group of unnamed guys on here who want Tate to start. Yet no one, aside from 2 lame obvious schtick accounts, has dug their heels in on Tate starting.

There seems to be a group obsessed with creating some strife where there isn’t any. The overwhelming majority on here just want the best QB to start. There are a few dopes who have hitched up with each of the 3 QBs.

There’s no movement or agenda or racial **** going on at CIS where all the “you guys (read: white guys)” have anointed Tate any more than the black guys have anointed Williams or Perry.

Bingo.
