heard the only reason Dalvin Cook hasn't committed yet is because Dorsett hasn't given up the #4 jersey.

LOL. Real talk though, if that were to ever happen, someone would have to smack him upside the head. No offense to Dorsett of course. But c'mon.

How bout I smack you upside your head for being a dumb porster?

Semi-funny meme does not make up for porst in which you too go e-Thug.

"I will disrespect Dorsett, but then say no disrespect in order to make it ok"
It wasn't meant to be a literal smack upside the head. I got all the respect in the world for Dorsett, even after some posters on here attacked him after his drops against Notre Dame and some of his misques on special teams. But Cook is a program changer. If you can't recognize that then I don't know what to tell you.

KC's recap:

"It was great. The highlight was just getting to hang out with the guys, see how they live outside of football. We had a lot of fun hanging out, playing Xbox, watching football - the practice was great. It's nice to see how coach (Al) Golden likes to conserve his players (with older ones sitting out), especially it being bowl season. All the young guys got a lot of experience in, got to throw each other around a little. It was fun to watch."

McDermott's host was Alex Gall. And he spent a lot of time with line coach Art Kehoe.

"[Kehoe] walked me back to my room after breakfast this morning," McDermott said. "We sat down and chatted before I left. He's an awesome guy. Not only is he a legendry offensive line coach, but he's a guy who really cares. "That's what sticks out - the Miami coaches, they care about you as a person, not just winning football games."

McDermott weighed in a couple of the uncommitted prospects: "Cory seemed like he was very interested in coming to Miami," he said. "Johnnie, he was really tired from his game, but just sitting around - me and Nick sat with him at lunch yesterday and just talked. It was forming brotherhood bond, letting him know that if you come here, you have friends here. You already started to form a family bond here, and if you're going to Alabama or Ohio State you won't know anyone there. You come down here, you get to go home to your family every weekend if you want to, spend time with your mom."

KC recapped the visit:

"First we got there, had lunch at the Rathskeller on campus which is an amazing place," he said. "The food was phenomenal. Then they walked us back over to the athletic center and we were talking, went downstairs for a presentation with the equipment manager. Then they took us in to the training room and I got to sit there and talk with the head trainer. He gave me a tour of the new athletic center, then I went upstairs to the academic part and met with the head athletic academic advisor. After that we went back to the hotel, hung out. Then we went out for dinner with the recruits, coaches, their wives, the parents, the hosts. It was 25 total people. It was awesome. The food was insane. Then I hung out with Alex Gall, went to my brother's house, hung out there, then went to a party at Stephen (Morris') apartment. Being a senior it was his last party in the apartment - it was all the guys, we just hung out, played some video games, watched some TV. We talked a lot about the season, how they thought they'd do.

"Saturday we watched practice, then got a four-hour break, took a nap, and then we bowled and had dinner with he coaches."

"Then we hung out some more, went to Beau (Sandland's)apartment and watched the Ohio State game. ... This morning I had breakfast with the coaches down by the pool - it was all the recruits and the families with the coaches. It was great."

* McDermott says before the team's Saturday practice that the recruits met with strength coach Andreu Swasey.

"He said you go to certain places and get hurt and they put the next guy in, you're dead weight," McDermott said. "But he said when you're here and you're hurt, we care about you. Not only do we want to get you back to where you were, we want you better. And he said `95 percent of the time when I talk to the kids it's not even about football, it's about how they're doing in their lives.'"

* KC's father, Randy (who was along on the visit as well), says that "what was really touching was way Dalvin and Trevor made sure they were wheeling Joe (Yearby, who suffered a broken ankle) around in his wheelchair, that one or the other was getting Joe where he needed to go. They were taking care of Joe, which was neat. Hopefully they'll stay together (for college)."

Nick linder's recap

"The whole thing was a highlight," he said. "The first night we went out with all the coaches, recruits, had an awesome meal, then we went out with all the guys and had a lot of fun. The next day they had a great practice, we went out bowling that night, went out with the guys. It was awesome overall."

Linder, who was hosted by Hunter Knighton, spoke about the uncommitted prospects with him on the visit:

Of Dalvin Cook, he said, "I talked to him a little bit. I wasn't going to try and push him, so we just talked about high school football, just talked. I thought he enjoyed himself."

Of Corey Johnson and Johnnie Dixon, Linder said, "I was hanging out with both of them the whole time. They're both good guys. Cory, he's a JUCO kid, he seemed like he really liked it. Dixon, I thought he was having a good time. It was good."

Linder spent time with coaches Al Golden and Art Kehoe, and says Golden "wishes I could have enrolled early, but my school doesn't allow it. He's an awesome coach, awesome person and I'm really excited for the next four years."

He says of Kehoe that "We went into position meetings with him after practice and he just explained to us the basic things about the O-line. He's a great coach. He's going to make me a better player overall."

Did visit go as well as he hoped?

"Definitely," Linder said. "It was a great time. I really enjoyed myself."

Couldn't really summarize, cuz it's pretty much quotes lol

I'm glad Cook was wheeling around Yearby. I just hope he knows that if he chooses to go anywhere but Miami, he might as well have pushed him off a cliff and rolled him onto train tracks.

Brothers, like Dalvin and Joseph keep saying.

When the player hosts goes out to dinner with these recruits do they have to pay for there meal themselves or does the school since there hosting a recruit? Cause i know ncaa is weird about that kind of stuff
