2016 Coconut Creek wide-receiver Binjimen Victor has had a relatively quaint recruitment thus far but he does hold offers from nearly every school in the country because his big-play capability is through the roof just like his vertical jump.
The 6'4", 170-pounder had a touchdown catches of 30 and 35-yards in his team's 21-14 victory over South Dade in their Spring game on Wednesday night.
"We worked hard as a team for 18 days and it felt good to come out and compete you know. It's all the much better that we came out and got the 'W'," Victor said.
It's evident that Victor has a plethora of universities recruiting him hard as 20-plus coaches lined the sidelines of Coconut Creek's field Wednesday night; Many of whom are vying for Victor's signature come National Signing Day in February.
"It felt good to show out for all the coaches tonight. I had to show them what I can do. I'm not only a deep threat, I mean, I can run routes too (laughs)," added the Army All-American.
"A lot of schools come at me hard but it's people like Florida, Georgia, Ohio State, Tennesse, Miami, schools like that are coming a little more," said Victor.
Victor then added that he has yet to narrow his list down yet and plans to do that come Fall.
"Basically, I want to get on campus and see if it is a home-like environment and meet with all the coaches," Victor said when asked how will a school stick out to him.
"I'm very focused on my family, playing time, the home feeling, the coaches and my major ultimately," he added.
As for the Hurricanes' chances to land Victor, he says the 'Canes "stand real good," however, he would like to see how they perform in the 2015 season.
