OL needs depth and quality. At bare minimum, a guy like Denis shows up and raises the floor of the OL room.

I thought he could play. More of a project thats a 3rd, 4th, 5th year type of starter, but a guy you had to wait on nonetheless, but I thought he was solid.
This sums it up perfectly.

I agree it needs building up from the ground up. Its been years now that we have 2nd teamers that are basiclly unplayable. So i get it.

We just have a TON of interior guys...I want more help at Tackle.

It’s obvious but he’s a guy I would keep an eye on for post-spring additions if he enters the portal.

I feel you.

The bold...we've had 6 play players like Kai Leon Herbert, George Brown, among others in the two deep for stretches. Brutal.

Right now, I'll take who we can get. Whatever it takes to raise the floor a bit.

Says who?
It is the inevitable outcome of the Covid year. We essentially have 5 year's worth of players competing for 4 year's worth of space. There are 20% too many kids for the available playing time and depth charts. It will cause a domino effect.

Some will stick around their existing programs but many will bolt for (supposedly) greener pastures.

But in the end, it will be an ugly game of musical chairs where many get left without a seat.

Posted in some thread a while ago that I thought Denis would be our starting center next year.

Everyone expects it to happen unless he just falls in love with the new staff there

I knew somebody brought him up. THought that would be him

Idc what anybody says Miami line was garbage man. Idk what you were watching. Lashlee was hiding some of it. It it was hot garbage.
the oL improved once TVD took over and the season went along. we still didn't run block well though.

Miami had the best Pass Blocking Oline in the ACC this past season. Do they need to solidify the run game..yeah, but I wish dudes just stop making it seem like the Oline was garbage.
That was a pretty big leap from what I was saying. I agree with your statement, but it doesn't apply to what I wrote. Carry on.
