Same.

He called plays and beat Michigan State in East Lansing last year 10-7, and the year before that 16-13.
What he did in development of his receivers 10 receivers in the league since 2013 including in the last 2 years developing Harry a first rounder and Brandon aiyuk(1st-2nd round pick this season) in addition to him being a passing game coordinator at cal when their passing game was elite excites me

that's a heck of a resume! I know El didn't like this guy but it seems like a great hire. time will tell

Manny was slickly strategic in his hiring. He knows the offense was deficient last year under Enos and what does he do? He hires a former QB that worked under a spread guy to be the OC. Then he hires an OL coach with OC experience. Next he hires a WR coach with OC experience. He wants to build a high powered offense in all phases from the trenches to the receivers. He saw one head(Enos) was not the best option so he literally get a 3 headed monster. Those three together in a room will probably put together a very very high powered offense. It still very early and we're talking about paper soldiers however I'll be keeping an eye on this. This one advantage of having a "stat boy" coach, very analytical. Interesting times.
I love the staff Manny is putting together on O. 3 actual coaches. An offense that may actually look at the opponent from week to week. Oh, and Ed Reed dropping tips in the defense meetings.

Reports are ole boy wasn’t a good recruiter but even the dude whose social media was kept private and seemed to have zero personality landed some 4stars...

As long as he can coach up and shows he can develop you I don’t think he’ll have any problem getting kids down here

players will always play harder, work harder, and take more correction/shiittzz from a coach they like..

I'm honestly stunned at the offseason adds. In some ways, you can't blame Manny for Enos. The guy had former HC experience and was slated to be the OC for Bama. At the time it was a coupe. Then when Enos lays an egg, Manny fires him and the worst position coaches, and brings in 3 high powered uptempo guys in Lashlee, Justice and Likens.

I don't like his Don King-promoter personality. Don't like the fact he didn't make any changes on the defensive staff (especially Baker who adds nothing). But, ****, this is truly impressive. Plus King, Roche and the place kicker. Plus Dunson, Smith, and Avantae Williams

Manny is on fire. The undisputed heavyweight champion of the off-season. Now gotta go win 10 games or more to make all this effort pay off.

At the end of the day, resume's only show what you did somewhere, let's see what they all do here before yall start annointing them as the "best offensive staff in the last 15years" let's see their work 1st. Alot of yall sound just like coach diaz before the Central Michigan game, and before the last 3 loses. With that being said, let's see what happens, my main focus is, it cant be like last year, i knew blake baker was in trouble during the spring, stay tuned.

I’m in the camp that believes evaluation is more important than development. You can only develop an untalented guy so much, but you’re a genius when you can pick out the right guys.

A lot of the dudes he’s coached to great success at WR over the years weren’t necessarily highly coveted recruits. I’m not sold on that being genius development as much as genius evaluations.

Good hire and so far no "But can he croot the inner city?" porsters.

Agree. You win thoroughbred horse races with thoroughbred horses. You can develop other breeds all day long, but they won't be good enough to win the Kentucky Derby

Not that I'm complaining, but he's way over qualified to be just a WR coach here.

We byke?
