so we will have our punishment this summer. Basketball team can still compete for a 'ship.

The U will know who snitched and they should reveal it. That will stop others from doing the same.

If we get the death penalty or something worse, will the basketball team be able to play in the playoffs?

We will never see the NOA. This will be done behind closed doors as it should be . There will be legal dust blown up in the process. The U will prevail.

this ... if we actually see the NOA, then this is going to drag out and no skate for the U.

I would hope that UM leaks the names of the snitches. Time to do work.

I wouldn't be surprised if the NCAA released the NOA, especially if it's bad for Miami. They will need some juice after yesterday's abortion and I expect to know all the details after they decide to pass a copy off to their closest reporting buddy

Why all the doom and gloom? Shalala is now on the offensive, will prepare a scathing statement, release the contents and tell the NCAA to buck up and move on as we've paid our debt. I don't care what Barry Jackson saw or knows but this was before the NCAA broke their own **** rules.

We skatin'.

They're not permitted to do that, so that would be an another dagger in their heart if they circumvent the rules again.
