The one time his all verts jump ball may be the best play
I looked at my brother and called this one time before we even lined up. I think it was like 3rd and 4. He looked at me and told me I was crazy. No way Richt would run all verts on a 3rd and 4. After he did, he looked at me and just couldn't stop laughing. I think it was a nervous/anxious laugh to be honest.

Thats when I knew, Richt would need to be gone/relinquish play calling duties if we were ever going to be, at the very least, respectable on offense.

Obviously a big uphill climb here, but the only way this can possibly happen is if Brevin has a monster season. You can literally sell the kid on being an exact carbon copy. They play the same position and are from the same city. It’s as easy a recruiting pitch as you’ll find. So, of course we all want Brevin to blow up and for us to win, but it’s probably even more important if you want to at least have a small chance with this kid.

About 90 yards and 2 TDs on 7 catches against the gator will set the tone nicely.

Brevin and Mallory should have an absolute monster year with Enos calling plays. Monstrous. If they do, it’ll be very hard for Washington to not come here, even with the bag$. A bit hopeful, but it is possible. Darnell is much more realistic than Flowe imo. Also sounds like we’re still very much in it for Theo Johnson.

After what they did to Nauta, my lord.
Not that coley is good or anything but Washington might be a cant miss guy, plus with coley calling plays I think He will get the tight ends the ball more. Regardless we just got to keep chipping away, in an interview this week Washington stated coach field was one of the 3 coaches he was closest to or something like that

I mean I wanted Nauta BAD here. Kid was a legit 5*, and while Washington has a higher ceiling if you couldn’t make Nauta elite what the heck are you selling to Wash?

Agree that we have to just stay in the picture. Enos is going to feature two Soph TEs all season long. If the relationship is there with Field we will be as well.

If the first words out of his mouth in interview about what he looks for in a school is how they use the tight end and offensive scheme, then we should be #1 and a tier above all other schools, but we all know that isn’t going to be the end all be all.

I think it will come down to Miami and Bama if Miami has a strong year. Jordan and Mallory have the potential to be really, really good. He'll take notice.

We're like the only non-big bag school involved in this one. Not too optimistic period.

If we want to really get in the mix for this guy, have Brevin go 9 for 120 and 2 TDs against the ***-tes, and get the W. Otherwise, this is academic.

This is pretty interesting. Bama also has an article expressing their confidence in being the "leader". Supposedly his coach is all in on Bama, too.

I don't mind being a bit under the radar here. The only 247 mod who even acknowledges Miami is a school he likes is the guy from out west. He wrote the most neutral article of anyone yesterday. Let the others overlook us...

I'm telling u if we have a good season, there is a good chance here

****, my 14 year old son, who plays baseball, not football, would call out the same thing while watching games. It was so obvious and so ridiculous. Richt's playcalling would turn every 3rd and short into a low-percentage jump ball along the sidelines.

Different offensive staff.
