Wasn’t Stroud supposedly a good recruiter, according to some posters on here?

How does that square with Collins’ comments above? Makes no sense.

Not to sound like a homer but maybe UM knows this guy is flipping and not coming so why waste time. Diaz is big into not playing games and this guy has all the makings of a Keef Bryant, Khris Bogle situation where he commits then decommits then recommits and on and on. I’m expecting this to end in a hat game on signing day and we won’t be happy.

Sounds to me like the UFag visit went well and he’s seriously thinking about following Taylor where he plans to go. Would absolutely LOVE to keep Collins in the 2021 class, he’s the rare breed you can build an entire defense around. It’s going to have to play out well on the field and most likely a Top 15 type season if not higher for Savion to remain in the mix.

Stroud has one foot out the door to the Villages. I am telling ya'll Stroud needs to move on to Associate Chief of Staff already and UM needs to hire a killer dline line coach..

Go Canes

If you think he's underperforming, why on earth would we create a job for him?

Translation: Hey ******** (s) (BLAKE AND MANNY), win the ******* games you're suppose to win or get ready for more recruits flocking for greener pastures.

I have ZERO issues with this kid's stance. If my kid was a highly touted recruit, and as much as it pains me to say it, I'd be hesitant to trust him to this staff unless MAJOR improvements happen this season.

Welcome to the reality that is life and and big time college football. NONE of what he said is wrong or should come as a surprise.

RIGHT??? I'm ASTONISHED Blake James isn't winning football games while not being a coach.

I'm not a doctor and have saved exactly zero lives this year and it's pathetic.

It says more about the kid that he DIDN'T automatically leave the class after the FIU game. That was an embarrassing display that should have been a fireable offense for EVERYONE involved on the football side of the athletic department.

We did this to ourselves. It's why many of us won't shut up about the incompetence that is our administration....it filters itself down to every aspect of the football program and dies at the feet of recruiting.

Ah, got it... another one of those "our administration is incompetent" people who probably can't name a trustee, has never been on campus, thinks the University President has anything to do with football and doesn't donate.

Just win.

This. Some of the ******* *** kissing morons on this site just don't get this fact. It's why a competent AD is needed to hire a competent coach to produce good results that gets these kids believing momentum is on the upswing. Who the **** wants to lose for your short 3-4 years in college?

RIGHT? Someone who actually gives money to the program and understands how it works is only hurting it, for sure!

Now, putting up billboards blasting The U and adding to the toxicity of the local culture... that's a real hero.
