There were many top prospects during the Hurricanes' annual Legends Camp event today. One of the prospects was three-star (Hudson, FL) linebacker Chris Morillo, who was back on campus this morning learning from Miami Hurricanes defensive coordinator Corey Hetherman.
"[My] Biggest takeaway was probably how much they put into detail and how they help you fix it," he added. "It was great working with there coaching staff, love how Coach Hetherman run his defense."
Chris told CIS that he loves how the university is expanding the facilities. He added that he loves the new weight room and the indoor practice facility, "I love how much priority they put [on their] recruits."
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound linebacker told CIS that the camp today played a big role in his recruitment as he continues to take summer visits.
This past season with Hudson High School, he tallied a total of 64 tackles, 4.5 sacks, nine quarterback hurries. On offense, he racked up 15 receptions for 249 yards.
According to the On3, he is currently viewed as a three-star prospect in his class. He ranks No. 26 among his position group and the No. 75 player in the Sunshine State.
