Three-star 2027 wide receiver Khamarian Young (Hollywood, FL) already came to Miami with an offer in hand during Sunday’s Legends Camp event. He recapped his visit with CanesInSight, where he is focused on taking what he learned from Hurricanes wide receivers coach Kevin Beard and applying it to his game.
"I focused on the things coach Kevin [Beard] and others was telling me to help my craft," Young said.
Young was impressed about the environment, which stood out the most to the 6-foot, 175-pound wide receiver:
"The environment with the coaches and the players [stood out]," he said.
He currently holds an additional 28 offers from power five programs, including Miami, Georgia, USF, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, among others. Miami was the first school to offer him.
During the event today, he made a great over the shoulder catch to his outside:
According to the 247Sports Recruiting Rankings, he is currently viewed as a three-star prospect. He ranks as the No. 1309 player nationally, No. 163 wide receiver, and No. 141 out of the Sunshine State.
