If Gray won't get in why is he still committed to Miami?

Because he won't get in anywhere else either

Miami loses nothing by "saving" him a spot in this class and then a year from now when he's back on the market, they can say "we were with you first"

Pete you tend to hear a lot of things.... In my opinion Coach D is on the hot seat this year. Do you see them getting more aggressive on the D-line front this year? I feel we have the CB's to cover the backfield now especially if we get JC Jackson, but we must must must create pressure on the QB
Pressure on the QB going forward= Tariq the freak, Al Mo, and Mr. Thomas.

If Walton reclassifies, is he a better RB prospect than Scarlett or Patrick? Would the coaches be done recruiting RB with Cronkite/Walton 2015?

Peter what is your feeling on 2014 WR David Njuko signing with UM. It seems he is ready to commit but something is holding him up. He would be an ideal red zone target and automatic 1st down maker.

I expect them too, but I thought that this year too. The personnel they are bringing in will almost force them to do it.

If signing day was today expect ohio state

Do you think the '15 DE from Deerfield Beach (Strowbridge? butchered it) commits early to Miami?

Do you think there is anything more the staff can do (besides win) that would help recruiting the ELITES in So.Fla?

They can stop overthinking offers, which it looks like they're trying not to do.

Who from this class do you believe fell into this category?

My guess is kids like McKenzie and Battle.

Treon is another. He would have been locked up if they offered early.

It's one thing if they didn't like Quincy as a prospect, but I don't understand them taking Mayes who is a much lesser version of what Quincy is. As has been documented here, Quincy is a big name in the community and it would not have hurt to have him on our side recruiting.

How much sway could Quincy have when all the guys that he rounded up decided to not go to Florida? Isn't he the only left of the 3 that committed on the same day?

It's just a perception thing really. A lot of these younger kids (McFadden, Bruce, Gibson, Causey, etc) look up to Quincy and it would have been a good look for Miami.

I'm not sure why you're making that jump. His coach was just quoted as saying he might not make the Ohio State visit this weekend. If they're unsure about that visit I can't see how Ohio State is a lock.

I haven't been in contact with him so I can't tell you. IT seems like Miami likes Lenius more though

Love Walton. I think he is already a better prospect than Patrick. Scarlett might be a little faster but it is close. Walton has a lot of work to do to be able to reclassify, though.

They want 2 RBs in this class.

Walton needs to talk to Darrion Owens.
