I haven't seen it anywhere. this week practice is everyday at 9 am - that's per Mario this morning..

Can't go full pads until Day 5.

They aren't wearing the actual game shoulder pads either. They are in soft pads or shocks. Just a way to keep them safe while doing the drill work building up to simulated tackling and eventual live go.
