I agree with a lot of this, but Garcia did play very well during the games in high school as well.

Any kid with any kind of talent will look good at the HS level. He also played at some higher end schools, to where his flaws were hidden. I remember watching a lot of kids play QB at these power high schools, and they processed slowly. When you have multiple kids on your OL that will play at the collegiate level, you can stand back there and take all day. Guess what? That isn't happening for 99% of QBs at the collegiate level.

Garcia worries me because every throw looks like a struggle. He isn't throwing the ball, he's trying to aim it, and that's not where you want to be as a passer.
