****'s still trying and worried about being "image conscious" so they'd rather be losers but as long as the media sings UM praises and it's perceived UM has a "good image" they cool with that. Instead of embracing being the Ultimate winners and national champions and ***** the image. But we know it was a concentrater effort on all fronts for us and Usc, they don't want us and them dominating college football, the redneck schools and midneck conferences don't want that. So the bullshat reggiebush scandal happens. They association definitely didnt like old sweater vest/jim tressel either, that **** was a goon on the inside, **** was recruiting Dade County hard since the 80's, early 90's when many other coaches were scared to come down here, my boy was the starting middle linebacker for em on that team that beat STEVE MCNAIR and them for that Championship.
I knew he had way more heart than skelator which is why I wasn't surprised we were in a dog fight that we shouldn't of been in, and if a headcoach loses his job for not snitching and riding for his players, gotta respect, that man didn't pete rose the damyum thang.
Any, and come to think of it, but davis, although many of us tried to run him out of town when he came in talking bout that "change the image" non-sense to, especially when he would grab players on the field and try and go off for celebrating, but coach davis was smart, he came in wearing a vest at the d-level way prior to tressel, made the administration feel good like the image was changing but coach davis still kept recruiting real goons, coach davis didn't run no "yes man" organization like these weak & feeble coaches many coaches these days luv to do, which is why he was successful and which is why many of those assistants he had went on to be headcoaches. And coach richt had goon in him too for real, he didn't like soft ****'s. That's one of the real reasons they didn't want butch back, he wasn't gone change his recruiting boundaries, so hoe *** ****'s like flake james doesn't want to be in fear or scared of a UM football team, **** don't this:
