I've been saying this from jump. How many first start guys did we have? On the road, biggest game of their life and mental errors ****ed us up. A missed chip shot fg and through it all we all know we should've won. Once again we need to stop *****ing and see which players come back from this like warriors and who shows they need to be gone because they're too weak

exactly. this was a perfect storm of inexperience on a big stage. it's ALL about how we fight through it and improve in the weeks to come.

Again Im preaching perspective tonight. Short week to start the season. Bigtime environment against a top ten opponent. New Freshman QB. Young (and weak) O line.


Yet had it not been for JT4 whiffing on a punt at the 10 yard line and Baxa missing 17 yard field goal, we'd likely have won.
 
Really proud of the boys tonight if we play like this every week we shouldn’t be worse than 11-2 by acc championship game. Only game scares me is UVA cause of the 6 day turn around but other than that we good fellas.

The problem we have is everybody wants tosay for sure who these kids will be for noe on. Idk how theyll react to this but If they pay at least half way better we'll win the coastal no doubt and maybe win out because nobody will have the dline or offensive coach as good as the pussies up North

I agree 100% about the muffed punt. But I truly couldn’t watch the play because I was too busy watching our OT at the top of the screen get beat. We finally started putting the back on Zion’s side on the last drive.

By the way how the **** does the line kiddie miss there left tackle false starting on 3 RS and 5 on there scoring drive. You got 1 f ing job before the ball is snapped.
 
Jeff doesn’t muff a punt and we have a different outcome potentially. We have improving to do, not doubt. But given the disaster that was possible, we are far better than that. We should get our act together on the o line. Then let’s see what better Jarren can do when not running for his life all game. D was stout. Officiating was questionable (I try not to be too much of a homer but the 2 pass interference calls). Really? I was happy with the game management of Jarren. He’s got a cannon when he wants it. Plays seemed slow to develop though. We make the field goal and who knows how we are looking on the final drive. The biggest embarrassment was the procedural penalties. That’s absolutely inexcusable. Manage the clock. No more delay of games. And get on the same snap count as a few false starts weren’t called (on both sides). Over 110 yards is not allowed for a team preaching discipline. Let’s look at our competition. I think that we work and make the ACC Championship
Game. The Gators didn’t do their jobs. We are in the same position before the game as afterwards, except we have seen glimpses of decency. The get more of this.
