We just beat our biggest rival, dominated the entire game, beat the spread AGAIN, we've won the state championship 2 years in a row... so why the **** are half the posts on this board mopey and negative?

At no point in that entire game was the result EVER in question. We dominated this FSU team worse than we dominated the Gators.

Yes, we got conservative at the end on defense & offense and the score ended up closer than it should have been but who gives a ****? It was smart. Take zero risks. Win the game. Get in, get out, business trip.

Some of you ******* people, I swear.

Being family with many Texas A&M aggies, I am deeply familiar with their program. In 2011, they had great o and d lines, great skill players, and a future first round draft pick playing quarterback in Ryan Tannehill. That season, they absolutely dominated teams for three quarters. They held FIVE double digit second half leads, including an 18 point and a 17 point lead, in complete control of the games, and they blew every single one of them and finished 7-6.

We are not that, but tonight I had flashbacks of that 2011 Aggie team. Like another poster said, bad habits eventually come back to hurt you. We are in the habit of letting teams that we are boat racing hang around and come back. We HAVE to fix that if we want this season to be truly special.

Because there’s a pattern of taking our foot off the gas and going into turtle mode, only to give the opponent hope, as we hold on until the end.

Maybe you think sitting around pulling each others puds is why we are here but being able to discuss obvious issues is the reason a message board exists.

First of all what game did you watch? The Noles had more passing and rushing yardage than we did. Second, the game was decided by three key turnovers and a bonehead decison by Mike Norvell to go for a fourth and eight around the 40 yard line instead of the prudent thing to do which was a punt. FSU scored 19 points to UM's 0 in the fourth quarter. WE DID NOT DOMINATE THE ENTIRE FOURTH QUARTER AND THAT IS A FACT! Another homer who can't be objective. We let them off the hook AGAIN! The Noles dominated us the entire 4th quarter and that would be an understatement.
