Would a new Special teams coach be good news if...

I would have hoped for "Recruiting Coordinator" promotion myself, as he seemed fairly good at that at Georgia.

So... let me get this right....

He's an ATROCIOUS ST coach. Like, I've been griping about ST for years, and it might be the worst it's ever been.

And now we want to promote him to OC?

Jesus Christ.

Let's just let a bunch of third graders run the program.

Richt must be trying to get fired.

the slot freed up, because Hartley was promoted to OC? That is DSDDCANE's tip an hour ago, as the plan to advance Jon now seems changed, per him. What ya'all think?

So what does this mean for Thomas Brown? Is Lol richt being reassigned mean he's still technically a coach or does that free up another position?

Good for Hartley if he does get promoted as he is as hot a coaching candidate as Manny. UGa came after him last year bc he is a good ST coach. Hate on him all you want but take away bad punting and he is a super star. He has solved our punting issue we hope so...... dont believe talk with other coaches in the ACC, they have no clue what coverage, formation or schemes we will bring every week. Miami ST scares the ACC. ASK! IF there was something to knock Hartley for it would be that maybe his schemes are too complicated for the players who already have a lot to learn on the offense or defense. Bottomline, we need Hartley and his insane energy at the U !!!!!
