Why? We come out looking exposed, whatever WF was doing in the second half versus the first half has every team on our schedule ready to emulate what made WF so successful against a team that should've walked over in that second half and we had no answers. Expect teams to emulate WF plus add their own special skills and we need to be prepared. Now reverse halves and we come out looking as if we adjusted and less schemes are worth copying. Expect tougher games down the road, especially if our staff doesn't make good adjustments
I can't ignore my pet peeve and mention how pathetic special teams have been. 1 of 2 FG's is not an issue but running into and delivering the worse hit Toney had all night by his teammate along with missed tackles will eventually cost us a game as MOST close decision games are won or lost with SPECIAL TEAMS. I cannot tell via television if our punter gets the elevation required but Toney fair caught all his punts opportunities and WF was able to return our punts giving WF favorable field position.
The first two games I thought the officials were doing quite well and every time I thought here, we go again the call went our way. The only problem last night was the lack of holding calls on the WF offense, not whining, just disappointed.
Wow, the injuries were off the charts. I don't pray for wins but I do pray for injured players, hopefully all our fans are talking to God about the many we suffered in this game.
