It is a Win Win if Butch comes in as HC. He will pick staff that probably ends up including 2 o 3 HCs for college or NFL.

Staffs are not put together by fans like in a fantasy league. They are put together by the HC's, plain and simple.

Well I'm on board with most... Bring Back Butch ... and expedite the matter before the next class dissipates... the class has 4 or 5 EEs

Of course Butch would have a coach in waiting. It wouldn't be Herman since he's already a HC.....I don't think it'd be Cristobal.....I just don't view him as a high quality coach in the future.....He hasn't done it to this point in his career...
