First it was a question of law, but now that the law has spoken it’s a question of the benefit of doubt, and Avantae does not get that from some Canes fans. This is the ultimate Canes Tears thread for our rivals who are definitely posting the same negative assumptions.

I have no issues with what Diaz did, he was pressured by those higher and way more powerful than himself. He did the right thing for that moment, but there’s more righting to be done.

If he's the one that beat her up and she doesn't want to go forward with charges it may be because she was also at fault pregnant or not you have to do everything you can not to hit a woman. I know there are situations that you find yourself in and it can be tough we're all different emotionally and mentally. I honestly don't see him coming back to play I could be wrong. I'm sure he would have tell his side of the story to UM(Manny) and if he lies about what he did I'm 1000% sure Manny was told by law enforcement in some capacity the situaltion. The woman is handing him a get out of jail free card he needs to make things right with her 1st if he hasn't already and thank whomever he prays to that he is getting a 2nd chance. Best of luck Tae

The charges being dropped also doesn't mean he was guilty lol
It was a DV case that was pursued by the DA. That means the injuries suffered were per the hospital were DV related and yes Nurses and Doctors are trained well enough to know if you fell or if somebody punched you in the face. The charges were dropped because she changed her story. That’s exactly what it is 9/10 times.

Now that it’s put to bed. Let’s change the discussion to what he needs to do to be put back on the teams.
