With all the job openings happening, why would any good oc or dc come to this dumpster fire? It's very realistic that Diaz will be fired after season 2 so who are we actually going to get to run our o an d?

$$$ now stop asking dumb questions. The competent coaches have used Miami to get better jobs. Money and chance to coach the best athletes

You know Sean Gleason AT OC and. Marcus Arroyo AT Oregon OC ...maybe available...it’s a good look

We got who we got. Manny has a chance to fix this NOW, but he is riding with who we got. After it all fails next year let’s not play the” it’s the coordinators fault” card. He has apparently made that choice this year. 130/130 in 3rd downs should tell you something. Next year we do the clean slate approach. I hope the AD and his assistant AD get the boot with manny or we will be back in this shape in 3 more years. We fugged for next year tho

That's why.

More worried about him being able to identify the right person IF he decides to even make a change to begin with. If Harrell went to Helton and Briles to Taggart who were both on hot seats, Manny can land a quality coordinator.

It's simple. Who wants to come and coach under the constant evil gaze of the ncaa while watching the sec and others come buy off the best players in his area with impugnity while getting roasted for being a poor recruiter and can't do a dam thing except watch it happen? Unless you got one of the best eyes for talent ever and you're the one guy who'd take the job and be serious about it? Before people claimed we didn't pay enough. Can't use that excuse anymore. So NOW what is it if not this?
