No one would have ever expected what the future held when he was pressed into duty as a skinny true freshman due to an injury.

He had a great offensive line, a stable of great rb's, wr's, and te's.

Our D was very very good.

He rarely made mistakes and rarely got sacked, leaving us in a position to be in almost every game.

With all our current issues with TVD, our D is on the field way too much due to all our 3 and out's this season.

I have no ill will towards TVD, but the product he is running on the field has cost us in more than a few games. I do hope this is not a situation where after the season, more reasons or facts come out as to why he has regressed so much.

We need a change; we needed a change weeks ago. His best throw last night was a side armed, off his back foot throw, under pressure in the first half. While it was a perfect pass at the time, that is not the norm under that scenario (throwing a prayer up). He has regressed so much, for whatever reason, that I said weeks ago that it looked like he was throwing games on purpose. Especially if you look at his past results. Of course, I do not think that is the case. He has lost it, whether confidence issues, or an injury............. maybe both.

Problem is, I am spoiled having been a fan since Jim Kelly, watching us become a powerhouse all the way to mr. Dorsey. Every week us fans knew we were going to win, if not, being in every game.

IMO, I still think the terrible mistake of not taking a knee vs GT still lingers. Zero reason to have lost that game, whether close or not. Our best teams had some close games, but we pulled them out, even though we should have easily won. Confidence and heart. that's why I love our Canes.
