Why hasn't there been a players only meeting?

Duke said the coaches are the ones that gave them today off....and he said they didnt feel the need to go out and practice themselves without the coaches

That speaks volumes IMO....these kids have been brainwashed
 
What are they gonna do? Tell each otehr to play better in this sh1tty system and no matter how hard they try, they'll still get gashed? They are prisoners.

Hostages. If the players went out there and played their asses off - even put an old-fashioned-country-***-whipping on Cincinnati and VT, but played closer to their man, and sometimes put 8 in the box - which is entirely alien to this coaching staff - they'd ride the bench.

To play, you gotta play the dumbass scheme.

It's a lose/lose.

Why practice to lose?
 
Players only meeting, why? They are excecuting the scheme as planned, they just need to clean up the fundamentals and as golden said everything will be fine. Just stay in the bunker we are trending up and so close we just have to find that last 10%....


I feel sorry for our players.

IMO it's more to due with knowing they can't do sh*t about their incompetent coaching staff. I can see it on Duke & DP's faces during games. They look hopelessly frustrated.. to the point of not giving an F.

we dont need to practice. You can still win if you give up 250 yards rushing. We just have to convert more third downs. #renewed
