Bring in Richie Incognito's crazy ***. When Jones, Mahoney, and co. get embarassed on the field, Richie might throw some weights at them or call them in the middle of the night threatening to fvck their mothers and sisters. Our OL won't be any better, and his hiring will end disastrously, but for as long as he's here he'll have those sorry sacks living in fear.

Your take on this is hard to argue against.

Exactly. And his predecessor- the dude that got fired during the bullying nonsense. I liked how he carried himself on Hard Knocks and I think he can coach special teams too. Jim Turner I believe his name is.
Jim Turner the savage was also suspended at Texas A&M because he had some coaching slides with puns about *** ***.

Another benefit of hiring Ryan Silverfield would be that he brings the Memphis running game scheme.

Silverfield was recently named Co-OC at Memphis as the last holdover of the original staff from 3 years ago. So he knows his stuff. Silverfield is waiting for the right opportunity, which Miami definitely would be.
