Dorsey pushed the ball down the field all the time. Have no idea what games you were watching.

I was a youngin but I remember him pushing the ball downfield but it was out of the action in weak or strong after we utilized talented (and decisive I’ll add) backs so the whole thing is foreign to the contemporary look we are so privileged to watch.

Garcia looks to be the better player. I’m only basing that on what I saw. TVD is the check down king. Which won’t play as well when we play someone with a pulse. We need to push the ball down field. I don’t see the arm strength from TVD, that deep out to 7 was late, ugly and would probably be a pick 6 against almost every team we play.
I’m all in on the Garcia train.
