We've seen enough of Pastor Williams to make us pay Sid the Sloth obscene amounts of money and I like Nickel and I rather not hate him after being forced to play for this godforsaken offense. Just finish this season and get us to what we do best and lie in the offseason.

Wait until the late December meaningless bowl game. There is little chance Carson Beck, Francis, Fletcher, Bain, CJ Daniels, or probably any other draft eligible player does not opt out. The portal opens January 2, and I wouldn’t be shocked to see a number of returning players now and throwing their name in the portal.

If it were me, I would take whatever roster I had and use it as a pre-scrimmage for spring practice.

Yes, we beat the breaks off Cuse. If we aren’t beating them by 3 in the 4th, play Luke, Pringle, Schott, Moore, Upshaw, Gilbert, Toney, and Trader. Rotating between 4wr and 2te but keep spreading it around play tempo. Let them play even if it is 10 total plays called.

100% is bs. I saw a **** ton of bad calls, bad coaching, bad performances by many players. Traders INT isn’t on Beck. It hit trader in the hands and he didn’t catch it! Brown not seeing a hole to the side he was to run to? Brock getting his **** pushed back a bunch(him and coaches), time outs, …. Then you have the defensive issues. Football is a team sport.

Now if you want to blame UL on him, I’m ok going 50% on that one.

Beck. Never been a fan but you don’t pay him to sit and become a cancer. Play entirely from the spread and get four wide.

When we run, we run it like (Lord have mercy as I swear I would never seek this) Lashlee did in ‘21 when we were down to one running back after Cam got hurt and I thought homie was going to land Jaylan in the ICU going to him over and over again. We have FOUR backs who CAN run out of that spread.

Vanilla as it gets, Toney gets the drags, Daniels (hope healthy) gets the quick slants, Jojo gets one on one buttons / mid slants. The TE room need not apply unless it’s Baumann sitting in short yardage. Hope Lofton makes strides in the off-season but he’s compromised right now even if he’s getting healthier (love the freshmen TEs for the record). And you rotate four backs running the three same **** running plays.

Sorry, I’m not challenging the OL to command greater and more complicated checks and reads, time to say, “hey, go get it done,” when the box is friendly and keeping looks honest. And you keep the decision making out of Beck’s hands as well.

Terrible to watch and something I think we seek to hold ourselves above when looking to get linemen to the league but I based on what I’ve watched that has us with only one loss all season and beats the remaining schedule assuming our D continues to play the way it has.

Right now I’d prefer to play Duke and Clemson than Pitt and NC State.

Football is a team sport and the Canes' bad calls, coaching, and bad performances allowed Louisville and SMU to stay in those games. That being said, Beck officially ended both games with INT's. Those games still could have been won if he throws it to the guys wearing orange and green.

Beck has been extremely disappointing in clutch moments. It was a fear I had when they brought him in the portal and unfortunately, it came to fruition.
