Who determines which kid plays in which "All-Star" game?

Is it just the kids choice or does one all star game pick first etc.?

Top kids pick between Under Armor and Army AA game. Semper Fi picks between the leftovers.

Its sort of like that. Best players do get to basically take their pick. The Semper Fi game will become bigger out west, but its only a few years old so its still growing. UA game obviously does better with the southeast boys. AA game likes the Texas and Midwest kids.

the Army game has the longest tenure (14 years), but recently the UA game has gotten more of the higher profile players.
