Well first off we played and ran over the greatest defense of all time in 2025 Buckeyes 😂 that was the narrative they were pushing don’t forget

Those 80’s Oklahoma and Nebraska teams were “unbeatable”


88 Irish we got robbed Cleveland Gary
92 Bama we had a 215lb te playing LT
94 Nebraska see Frank Costa

Tough …I suppose Indiana …they were definitely the oldest most seasoned team we ever played

Half those teams and half of our NC and a couple non NC UM teams would have dragged IU.

86, 88, 02 Canes would have eaten IU alive.

And before someone says 02 OSU, they didn’t beat us, we had multiple unforced errors and a crooked ref. Otherwise that game isn’t close.

I’ll say 1993 FSU was the best team we lost to, on that list.
 
I would have to go with that 2013 fsu team. They had a great offense and defense and had some really good pro players as well. I don’t think they even had a close game besides the natty against auburn. I can’t stand them but they had a squad frfr
 
2013 FSU. This is impossible to quantify, but that's probably one of the ~15 best teams ever.

I was at the game that year in Clemson....Clemson was #3 in the country, it was a night game, the place was in a rabid frenzy, and then FSU just completely dismantled them, virtually instantly. The game was 51-7 with a minute left. They were really good that year.

I can also make an argument for 2021 Alabama. That team had about a billion NFL guys, and good ones, too. Will Anderson, Jameson Williams, Brian Branch, etc.

I wanna say we had like 3 losses in a 4 year period heading into the natty against the 92 Alabama team
That’s the only time I watched them play that season , but from what I remember witnessing, that squad looked kinda deep.
