do the members of the team know is going to out play, out hit, out hustle any other member on the team. Been around enough to know that on squads one guy is so ferocious and dedicated that teammates respect the hits he will lay in practice or gets their undivided attention when he speaks. I imagine that Ed Reed was one of those players as was Sean Taylor even Russell Maryland (JJ said Russel was the mature almost father figure when he was here), the guy they can respect regardless of what is coming down. Seen it in high school teams, even in youth sports. Any one close enough to the team to point out that one guy that gives so much and when he demands more from the team they doggone sure better deliver. A born leader. Heck, if you don't know speculate...
I'm thinking Shaq might be that guy on this team.
