5 of our top 10 recruits this year were from outside of FL. Glad to see us expand the board a bit but there was some very good top end talent, at positions of need this class that we did not capitalize on. Can't let this become a trend. SEC just stuffed us in the locker for this list.

Unfortunately when every single composite 5 star signs in P2 the narrative is exactly the same.

Yet another way to negatively recruit Miami, don't go play in that second class conference.

Hanks can be a top 10 pic imo. Brown is great. Stubbs and French were mercenaries and Cleary Dallas Wilson is one too.
LSU overpaid for Pickett, not even UF would match his offer.

This assumes that high school recruiting is still where money should be spent. The other day I listened to Mike Farrell on the radio and he said within 2-3 years the rosters at the P4 schools would be 70/30 transfers v. High school recruits.
And now that Juco years do not count against the 4 year eligibility, we will see more and more players starting in Juco and transferring to D1 programs.

I think recruiting is changing even faster than fans understand and our tardiness as fans is making us disappointed/confused.
