When you get a new staff, shouldn’t you expect things to be better?

Why are we told, staff after staff, Shannon, Golden, Richt, now Manny, that we need some initial suffering for future gains while everyone learns on the job to turn it around? Why can’t we make a hire with immediate impact?

Mack Brown took last years 2-9 team and made them new again. Immediately better. I’m tired of being told I shouldn’t have that expectation.

The new Miami is the same as the old Miami.
