What's missing here for Golden

Didn't this guy develop BC and UVA linebacker's and Temple players into really good NFL players? he moved UVA's defense from 108 to 18 overall as DC. I mean so many people respect this guy. Our first year i thought he might be good, this team was 7-5 but they didn't lose by more than a touchdown except to BC. I don't get what is going on. I understand attrition and the NCAA cloud but at this point I am assuming he just isn't HC material or he needs some new position coaches. Any thoughts?

What's missing is common sense. This passive defense should have been scraped after 2012 but he decided against it. Everything that's happening or will happen to him going forward is by his doing and no one else.
