Ok, time to get rid of the MAC staff. We all know Butch would be able to keep top recruits but the key is development.
Howard, Bush, Kirby, AQM, Olsen, etc. All were highly touted 4-5 stars who have not maximized their potential.
Butch would hire a top notch staff, he would win a minimum of 10 games with this talent, he would maintain the recruits,etc.
He won every bowl game he was in here and lead the program through a very,very tough period of sanctions.
Butch has unfinished business here and has a great coaching tree so he could groom a successor. This is getting nuts.
