It was clearly UNC taking advantage of scheme and UM's failure to adjust.

I mean, not that those other things aren't valid as well, but the reason why the team was completely embarassed was pretty obvious. Take a peak at UNC's drive chart for the game if you have any doubts. The defense didn't stop UNC a single time. That's epic.
