What percent of first team snaps does Williams get in practice?

I’d give him 50.
But start TVD.

Definitely give him game time reps if we are ever up 14.late.

Don't see them burning williams shirt. They have 4 games to put in brown. Believe Dawson made a comment earlier in the year stating he only wants to use brown and Williams in 4 games to keep their redshirts.

That's before TVD was injured....Redshirt means absolutely nothing....

There is no reason to redshirt Williams. If he's very good, he leaves before 5 years. If he isn't very good, he leaves before 5 years.

It's applicable almost only to OLs now. It's applicable to a QB if and only if:
1) there is spacing (typically 2-year eligibility difference) between multiple stud QBs, i.e., it's really obvious you've got 3 starter-level guys on the roster;
2) you've got a dude who has an outside shot at eventually starting, but only as a much older player can be any good (the rationale for shirting Brown.
