Given the current university administration and its track record on coaching hires, I couldn't hazard a legitimate guess. It will all depend on who and when they hire a new coach, what assistants he brings in and who he retains on the current staff. Best I can do is a range from 20% to 90%, depending on the above.

Obviously, depends on who the coach is. However I still think the BOT drags their feet and does not name anyone until late and we lose close to 50% or more.... Kids will jump ship fast once they see on or two go and it gets into late Dec or Early Jan....

We need to name someone fairly soon IMO. Like by the end of the Month. The news and the rumors are completely out of control right now and it will only hurt recruiting

Butch can be named now and should be, so he can lock up those committed and add better ones.

The idea was to guess the % right after a firing and before a coach is named... Can do this again after a coach is named. Its a little experiment.. I think people assume that players are all in on the coach.. I think its more the school.

UVA has held on to London cause the fear their classes would fall apart. I think Golden thought having a lot of commits would help save him.
