What I like most about coaches like Richt and Gundy

Theyve had alot of success but never won it all. So they should still have that hunger and chip on their shoulders.

I know for one reason or another their teams lost some bad games over the years but let's be honest they develop players and the respective style of teams they would build at Miami would destroy the ACC.

Does a guy who doesn't know if he wants to coach next year or not sound like he's hungry? Gundy on the other hand would be an awesome hire
 
Gundy or Butch ahead of Richt. I just don't see that hunger in Richt. Anyways, Butch regrets leaving, he is trying to make up for the biggest mistake in his career. He wants the ring that he deserves.
