What about player accountability?

Again, go re-watch the games....you know what, you right dog. Down two with 6 to play and using 3 minutes of the play clock is excellent clock management. Does us a favor, don't ever get into coaching. (And when I say us, I mean America)
You do realize the Ds job is also to stop a team from scoring quick..but down 2 scores with 6 min left and all your TOs.. as a O your job is to score with more than 3 without using a TO(UVA) which u did. If the D got the stop then I have 2 min left which is plenty ..uva is the only game u can possibly be talking about

Rosier is a 5th year Sr. (our original starting QB)
Our OL consisted of:
LT: St Louis (Senior)
LG: Mahoney (RS Junior)
C: Gauthier (Senior)
RG: Donaldson (Sophomore)
RT: Scaife (**True Freshman)

RB:
Homer (Junior)
Dallas (Sophomore)

WR:
Cager (RS Junior)
Langham (RS Senior)
Harley (Sophomore)
Thomas (Sophmore)

TE:
Jordan (**True Freshman)

Besides Scaife and BJ, the guys who played most frequently have been in this offensive system for no less than 2 yrs. Majority have been in the system for 3 yrs and BJ was by far one of our best offensive weapons. So I'm definitely not seeing the inexperience argument.

We had more talent than every team we played this year sans maybe LSU.

Mental mistakes were shown from the coaching side as well (i.e running a slow 4 minute drill when down 2 scores), so of course the team would have these same mental lapses.

Most of those OL are Golden regime and so is the QB. That's were the talent issue begins.

I’ll say this about preparation; it seems that our D is better prepared than our O.
In my industry there’s a lot of different areas/disciplines you can go into and you get paid by the job you do.
If you have a management team that really coaches you through the nuances of the job, you can make a lot of money. But without good management or an experienced mentor that can teach you, it can take a really long time to get efficient and effective enough to really eat.

Our O looks like the folks just barely getting by while our D is earning big money.
But overall I agree, we need learners, studious coaches and studious players.

Coaches have to scheme to your strengths to cover up the weak links.Coaches have to prepare players to run those schemes and exploit other teams weaknesses.it's up to the players to make the play.last year our players did that with bunch of clutch plays here and there.this year they didn't some of the blame is cmrs scheme, some the qb play, some the oline play, some receivers not catching catchable balls, and some rbs putting the ball on the ground.a recipe like this is not a recipe for success.hopefully the coaches, players and everyone involved comes together to fix the problem.I might not like what cmr is doing but I care about this team and want it to succeed .I will support the players no matter who the coach is because they are the ones putting all the sweat, blood, pain and time in to wear that :neonu:.as of right now no changes have been made to the staff nor is cmr going anytime soon.it's no use to spew negativity over the media outlets because your wants aren't being met.hope some of you do realize that fans attitude and what the coaches do will affect our recruiting .recruits don't want to play for inept coaching nor for a fan base that lives on negativity and spreading venom on social outlets.
