Agonizing that just a play or 2 going our way could have made the difference, but that was a really great team. Mendoza is a tough kid. A gamer. I enjoyed the **** out of this season and I love how we're set up for the future. This one just feels so different from the 2003 Fiesta. We were the underdog and we were right there. We didn't get it stolen from us. We just got beat.. barely. Let's grab some dudes from the portal and get this thing going again for '26. We're gonna be in the hunt again.

They’re not.

They averaged 2 points per drive. Under 5 yards a play. 6/16 on 3rd down after being literally the best 3rd down offense of the last decade.

We should’ve won that game. They’re **** good, but that was our game to win. Special teams killed it.
